This 40minute workout embraces some of the traditional matwork moves in Joseph Pilates repertoire. Working your core, glutes, legs to challenge, control and strengthen the body using the Pilates principals and techniques.

Join me on the mat for a fantastic fluid workout that has been designed to help you to blow out the cobwebs, move your body and feel fresh!
This month we're moving through 40 minutes of juicy Barre movements to keep you feeling warm and strong. This class uses a support such as a chair or kitchen side and hand weights. If you don't have light weights (1kg-2kg) you can substitute cans of beans or equally filled bottles of water.
